We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. The receptionist, Natacha, was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was great and the check-out process was easy. it was a very nice hotel with great staff and good value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. All the staff I met were friendly and polite. They greeted me with a smile and were very informative. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The view from the 4th floor was amazing, as I could see planes landing and taking off. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the staff there were attentive. The hotel's parking was easy to use and reasonably priced. The location was convenient, being close to the mainline station with trains arriving regularly.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's extreme proximity to the airport and train station means no car or transit buses needed. Panoramic view of the airport from the room and top floor bar/restaurant. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds and efficient alarm call service. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and clean bathrooms. Good taxi service.

Great room size, design, and setup. Surprisingly quiet despite being near the airport. Unique rooftop restaurant added a nice touch to the experience. Amazing service throughout the stay.
Room was a bit tired and had some maintenance issues. Sink soap dispenser was broken and not fixed despite reporting it multiple times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location is superb, right on top of the local airport. I really enjoyed watching the planes take off from my room, it was quite a unique experience. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a railway station, offering easy access to Liverpool Street in London. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and their professionalism and great customer service continued throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also has a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar, where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. my experience here was outstanding.
